The Vail Valley Motorcycle Foundation (Now the Cordillera Motorcycle Foundation) was formed as the charitable arm of the Cordillera Motorcycle Association in 2003.

The Foundation is registered as under section 501(c)3 of the Internal revenue Code. # 34-2002777

The philanthropic mission of the Cordillera Motorcycle Foundation is to enhance the quality of life for Vail Valley residents.

We also fund charities through a grant-making process. These charities must have missions, in general, concerning the areas of:

• assistance to those in need
• service to economically disadvantaged
• providing educational programs
• improving healthcare access and treatment
• helping children and youth succeed
• supporting the growth and development of people in our community
